Get Involved

Fall Creek Intermediate offers several extracurricular programs and activities to enhance the students' educational experience. These clubs are offered at various times throughout the school year either through FCI or through outside organizations. When activities are offered, the information will be in the school newsletter, classroom announcements, and/or sent home with students.

Activities and Clubs

• Math Bowl Team – There are tryouts for Math Bowl, practices, and a competition.
• Science Bowl Team – There are tryouts for Science Bowl, practices, and a competition.
• Spell Bowl Team – There are tryouts for Spell Bowl, practices, and a competition.
• Student Council – Candidates will campaign, and an election will happen within students’ class. Representatives will meet throughout the year to plan school-wide events and fundraisers.

FCI Choir

This extracurricular activity is offered twice a year, once in the Fall semester and once during the Spring semester. FCI’s music teachers lead participants in practices meeting outside of school hours, with performances for both the student body and families.

FCI Band & Orchestra Program

6th-grade students can learn how to play an instrument in a class taught by band and orchestra directors during the school day. 5th grade students have the chance in the Spring semester to “try-on” different instruments for the following school year. There are often two concert dates for the band and orchestra to perform for families and the school.
